Yet another chocolate treat from Dean & Deluca in Bangkok, Thailand! I thought the combination of dark chocolate and sea salt was
interesting... because you normally see sea salt paired with caramel.
But this turned out to be an amazing combination! Firstly, the dark chocolate was rich and smooth... and combined with the salt, it tasted like a very rich dark chocolate drink!
This blended with the cashew flavour very well, which I would describe as buttery and smooth.
Think of it as a smooth, cashew flavoured dark chocolate drink that you can pop into your mouth and munch on. And the dark choc + salt combination now goes down in my book as a winner!
