One of my favourites from Johan @ Westgate, Singapore - Apple Tea Time bun, especially when it's just freshly baked!
It's basically a soft bun with tea leaf overload and an occasional bit of caramelised sweet apple, like the type you get in apple pie, just drier.
It's really like the bun version of apple tea. One of my favourite breads (after note: even after all these years since first trying it in 2014). I'm not sure if the tea leaves were infused with the earl grey bergamot flavour, but the bun somewhat reminded me a lot of the Earl Grey bun they had... it's a similar concept indeed - a bun version of a drink.
The tea fragrance comes out stronger if you warm it up in an oven before hand, or purchase it right when the bakery has just baked it, although it's hard to catch their exact timing.

I recommend toasting it slightly if you are at home - the surface acquires a slight perfect crisp, while the inside remains fluffy and chewy.
