IMO this was Fossa's most interesting flavour - white sesame seaweed chocolate. It totally reminded me of this white chocolate nori ice cream I had sometime back.
I'm not sure if nori has umami, but it did seem to have that umami flavour which paired very well with the nutty creaminess of the sesame and white chocolate. It's my favourite Fossa flavour, and possibly my favourite chocolate flavour? Would recommend this anytime.
