This was the most intricate latte art I'd seen made from pure foamed milk and coffee. It was at a cafe not particularly advertised for latte art, as they are more famous for their East meets West pastries, and so it took me completely by surprise. It's also cute that it's a unicorn, as it's truly unique.
It was from Keong Saik Bakery, a cafe at Holland Village, Singapore. It's not the first time I've seen pretty latte art from here though. This classic swan was another beautiful one I saw.
